Every Klovex Labs compound is held in quarantine until an independent ISO-accredited laboratory returns passing results. Purity is measured by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC); identity is confirmed by mass spectrometry (MS). Only when both results clear our published thresholds does the lot move to saleable inventory, and the certificate is published against the lot number printed on the vial or bottle. We do not list a compound we cannot document. If a lot ever falls short of the certificate we publish for it, we replace the material or refund the order in full — no negotiation, no restocking friction.
